Time is RUNNING OUT!!!  Can you believe there are only 9 days .. YES NINE DAYS left during Stampin' Up!'s annual Sale-A-Bration sale!!??  aaaaaaaaaaah! Do YOU have your FREE Rub-ons yet?

OK, now that I have your attention... I hope you enjoy these projects I've been working on using the FREE Sale-A-Bration Rub-on package!! They are so fun!!!  Some of these projects will be our class projects today in the SAB Rub-On class! 

Thanks to Melinda Landry for the idea above! I've combined Felt Fusion Flowers and Simply Sent Card kit supplies with the Rub-Ons to create those 3 cards.

Rub-ons work great on glass, plastic, tin, metal, fabric, ribbon, cardstock, fingernails, terracotta pots..

Kind of a "Then and Now" version! 

Rub-ons even dress up a little 99 cent frame!  Wasn't I a cute little kid? (LOL)  That was the photo that my grandma carried in her wallet for many many years. Kinda looks like one of those times I tried to cut my own bangs... ack!

And I know you'll ask.. these were at Staples MONTHS and months ago.. I don't know if they still have them.  It's still a mystery as to why Staples would have plastic paint cans?   Also see previous post HERE.

So... is that enough reasons to WANT the FREE Rub-ons?  {I think so!}

Simply Sent kit meets Flower Fusion!

I was using up pieces from my Three Thoughts Simply Sent kit and combining them with the new Flower Fusion felt flowers and the new papers... kinda fun...

I think one of my favorite accents is the Build-A-Brad.. cute here in the center of the felt flowers!

Havin' fun with my new stuff!

I got my order(s) {grin} of goodies from the new Stampin' Up! catalog this week, so I put a BUNCH of stuff on my stamping table and started to PLAY!  I also got out 2 of my Simply Sent kits and used up the materials in those, so it was fun to combine "old and new"....  I hope you enjoy some of the ideas I came up with.. more to follow later...

I LOOOOOOOOOVE playing with the new rub-ons!! (these are from the Sale a Bration catalog.. I'm gonna seriously need multiple packs of this one!)

Fun playing with the Flower Fusion felt flowers and layering them with punches and brads!

Although the suggested coordinating colors for Bali Breeze are officially:    Old Olive, Taken with Teal, Rose Red, Pumpkin Pie, I acutally used Tempting Turquoise and Only Orange.  Guess I cheated a little bit!  LOL

Sending Happy Thoughts Simply Sent kit

I figured I could either go crazy WAITING for the plumber to come with the bad news between 2pm and 4pm, or I could use my nervous energy to stamp a few more Thank You cards.  I ordered the SENDING HAPPY THOUGHTS Simply Sent Card Kit last week when Stampin' Up! offered all the kits at 20% off, and I LOVE THIS KIT!!  yahoooo!!  TOOOOO CUTE!!  I added some scraps of Real Red cardstock, the See You Around Jumbo Wheel, and the Earth Elements Brads to these, but otherwise I used what comes in the kit!  Oh ya, and I added some Thank You stamps... ok.. so I added a bunch of stuff... but it was all sitting on my table and you know how it goes.... if it's sitting there you end up adding it to your project!  LOL

I used the "rock n roll" technique on a few of the flowers... it adds some fun color!  Oh ya, and I can see here I also used the Three For You Punch Box punch for the center flower... Yep, I added a FEW things to the kit. 

Three Thoughts Simply Sent Kit

I was having fun playing with my Three Thoughts Simply Sent kit on pg 14 of the new Stampin' Up! catalog!!  It comes with really fun Self Adhesive Die Cuts that you won't find anywhere else in the catalog, plus chipboard, Pomegranate and Mellow Moss Cards, plus 3 Stampin' Spots, adhesive, envelopes, a GREAT stamp set, and an instruction book! 

ANYWAY.. it was lots of fun to pull out a few more of my stampin' supplies to embellish upon the suggested Stampin' Up! designs in the kit:

Fun to put some More Mustard Brads in the centers of the 3 little flower stamps!
