We stamped 10 cards in my Sale-A-Bration Stamp A Stack class this week. Stampers made 2 each of 5 different designs.
CARD #1: Jumbo "Classic Stars" Wheel (pg 112) in Certainly Celery on Med. Whisper White card. Star from "Classic Backgrounds" (pg 133) stamped in Certainly Celery ink punched out with Jumbo Star punch and layered with Real Red cardstock star punched image (punches on pg 181). Wild Wasabi double stitched ribbon (pg 191). SAB stamp set: Birthday Whimsy - free with your $50 purchase! "Make a Wish" from "A Little Birthday Cheer" (pg 140).
CARD #2: "Think Happy Thoughts" (pg 122) stamped in the center of the "So Many Scallops" (SAB catalog) flower. Celebrate from "Celebrate Everything" (pg 142). Card: Taken with Teal. Decorative paper from the Bali Breeze pack (pg 169). Pomegranate Double Stitched ribbon (pg 191). Scallop Punch & 1-1/4" circle punch (pg 181).
CARD #3: SAB sets used: "So Many Scallops" and "Birthday Whimsy". Punches used: 1", 1-1/4", 1-3/8" and Scallop. 3/4" Square punch used to make slot in side of card for ribbon - see TUTORIAL HERE.
I cut apart my "Block Party" set (pg 32) and mounted it on blocks from Mitch, the Block Guy: www.theblockguy.com so that I could easily stamp "PARTY eat cake" (see above) from this set.
CARD #4: 3x6 Barely Banana card with green flowered paper from the "Summer Days" Simply Scrappin' Kit (pg 175). Flower from SAB set "So Many Scallops" and the center of the flower is from "True Friend" (pg 106) - both stamped in Groovy Guava. Greeting from SAB set "Lots of Thoughts".

CARD #5: "Merci" SAB set on Shimmery White Cardstock and layered on Almost Amethyst Prints Designer paper (pg 171) and Lovely Lilac 4x4 card. Colored with markers. Small oval punch used for greeting.
Whew.. if you made it this far... congrats! That was a lot of reading!

Patty-
It's me again : )
I see you have the hobby blade display next to your cut up "block party" sets, is this what you used to cut them apart? Does it work bettr than the craft&rubber scissors to do the job (for this special set)? Thanks!
