I remember doing Crayon Resist a long time ago, but was reminded of this great technique by my friend Dawn. Use the White crayon in our "Neutrals Watercolor Crayon" package and scribble on a stamped image (regular Ultrasmooth White c/s works fine for this), then sponge color over the white crayon, then buff with a kleenex... voila.. cool effect, huh?
And did you notice the textured leaves?? Here is how I did them:
Fold a scrap of green cardstock (I used Old Olive here), and run the folded piece through the crimper.
Then, leaving it folded (no pun intended!) cut this shape:
and Voila.. textured leaves!!
