Big Shot Scallop Die comparison
August 12, 2008
I thought this might be helpful as you work with the assortment of scallop dies that go with the Stampin' Up! Big Shot die cutting machine.
The name on each scallop is the name of the die.
The 20 year embosslit die seems to match the SU! scallop circle punch.
A couple of my favorite layered combos:
Below: 2 scallops from the Birds & Blooms set on the SU! scallop punch:

Thank you SO much for posting this! I've been trying to figure out how big all of the scallops are and this comparison is exactly what I needed!

Thank you so much for making this comparison chart - was wondering about this before taking the entire dip "into the pool" of Big Shot purchaseing.......great info and visual to know about the world of scallops. This is something SU should point out to "educate us" - A official SU video on their site would really be helpful to all demonstrators (hint hint hint). Also maybe that is why you are such a bright STAR! Again, Thank you for always sharing!
best

oh my gosh, I am so glad you posted this. I was looking at the Scallop Circle and the Scallop Circle 2. I was thinking the Scallop Circle to layer our SU punch on, but didn't realize it was so HUGE !!! Scallop Circle 2 will be perfect.

Thanks so much for posting the scallop circle sizes!! It was just what I need to see in order to decide what to get. You have some beautiful samples on here too.

Thanks Patty. Helpful is an understatement. You are such a fantastic resource. Great ideas to use the grid paper and to stack the scallops. Interesting to see that the smaller scallop of Sizzix #2 is almost the same size as the SU scallop.

Thank you, and a question... do you think any of the scallops would work with the "Together Forever" circle (the one that matches monograms)? Thanks! Lela
