Urban Garden Envelope card
August 20, 2008
I promise not to bore you with any more of these folded Open End Envelope cards after today.. I am just totally hooked on these right now and decided to try one with the gorgeous new Urban Garden Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up!.
I decorated this one with the die cut Blooms Again, and my favorite Filigree brads and the gorgeous buttons from Button Bouquet. The ribbon is the new Kiwi/Vanilla ribbon... luscious!!
For more info on making this type of card scroll to the post below.
I think these are fun, I'm going to do these for club. Thanks for posting.

Yeah, Patty, could you PLEASE stop showing us this "boring" stuff! Come on, you are making the rest of us look bad! :) Boring?? You could show us the same idea everyday in a different color & it still wouldn't be boring!
What? You did an audio training? I better get on over to the SU! site & listen to the soothing sounds of Ms. Patty B!!
Thanks for the ANYTHING BUT BORING ideas you post! Erin Blair

OK -- I cannot resist these any longer. I am stuck inside by the relentless rain of Tropical Storm Fay (and going on three days of cancelled school!) and after seeing all your cute envelope cards, I'll have to make some. Thanks for all you share.

i had to laugh. i get hooked on certain templates also and make several in a row (e.g., the criss cross card rage?? the 3x3 box with matching cards rage????). maybe more than several. then i move on. i guess i just like to *nail down* the procedure. or something like that. anyway, enjoyed aaaaaaaaall your posts doing this clever little envelope card!!! thanks for sharing!

Patty, these are so cute. I took your idea, changed the paper, and used it as one of my projects at my open house last night. It was a hit.
