Have you checked out the list of RETIRING STAMP SETS from Stampin' Up!??  I'm sad that this background stamp - Dotted Spring - is on the list of stamps retiring this month .. I really like this one! 

I stamped the DOTTED SPRING background stamp (#117134) in Pumpkin Pie ink on a Daffodil Delight folded card for the background... fun, springy and whimsical.. don't you think? On top of the Daffodil card, I layered a tag from the TWO TAGS DIE (#115954), and a piece of vellum printed with the words from the STRENGTH & HOPE SET (pg 27 Summer Mini catalog), (you can do this with ink and the stamp or like I did, with My Digital Studio).
