(I previously posted these samples here)
Let me show you HOW EASY IT IS!
CHECK OUT THIS VIDEO BELOW for all the info
(if you are viewing this in your email, you'll need to visit my blog to view the video)
Step 1, cut wheel at seam
Step 2, peel rubber off wheel
Step 3, peel all the way off wheel
Step 4: cut images apart, either with Rubber Scissors or kraft knife
Step 5: peel backing off of Clear Mount Cling Foam
Step 6: place rubber pieces on Clear Mount Cling Foam
Step 7: trim while on Clear Mount Cling foam
Step 8: peel backing and adhere to clear blocks!
I have been unmounting my wheels for years but never thought to cut them apart....thanks for the idea.

Great idea Patty! Thanks for showing me how to do this. I am not a "wheel" person, so I am going to go and do this today! Yay!

Patty, how do you store these, I thin you would you the clear mount stamp cases but as these do not have any paper or the clear paper you usually get on a clear set, how do you prevent it from sticking to the case?
Thanks
Eileen

Thanks ever so much for the heads-up idea using the wheels. I like the wheels and have several, but my stampers as well as myself find them tedious to use. This is a great solution.

Thanks again Patty for the great idea...I've done it to a lot of my wheels, but just recently someone requested Wheels & Big Shot as the theme for their upcoming workshop. So I quit for now as I need a couple wheels to share. I love my True Friend stamp (and all of them) and have used it for other ideas. :-)

I have wheels I like but just do not use anymore, so this is a great idea!! I too was wondering about storage.

Thank you Patty for the directions, using the wheel. I never thought of using them this way. Never seem to be able to get my wheels straight when I use them, this would work for me. Thanks sue

Thanks for the great idea. I don't get my wheels out very often, I should probably think about doing this!

Hi, I just started doing this with my wheels. Love the idea of cutting them apart. Do you by chance have any creative ideas of what to do with the wheels after the stamps are unmounted? I have them sitting in a box and keep staring to see if something comes to mind :)

Thankyou for the great new way to use the old wheel stamps. But where do you get the Clear Foam pads? They are not n the current catalogue of 2017.
