When I grew up and shopped for a prom dress (back in the dark ages), I can assure you it looked nothing like this... but.. from what I have seen in the stores in the mall lately, this could absolutely be a 2013 Prom Dress!
I used the Stampin' Spritzers with 70% rubbing alcohol and some Basic Black Reinker to spritz the Silver Glimmer paper for this dress (see this post for more info).. .isn't it gorgeous and dramatic!?

I also used the Stampin' Spritzers with 70% rubbing alcohol and a few drops or Regal Rose reinker to spritz the vanilla flower trim.

The background was embossed with the Lacy Brocade Embossing folder (#127819) and then sponged with a little Regal Rose ink.
Finish off this beautiful dress with Pearls (#119247) and some Vanilla Seam Binding Ribbon (#120999)

Hi Patty - Kelli (again!). Was the 5/8 flower trim only a Spring Catalog item? I'm not seeing it in the new catty. I thought for sure this would carryover, but I might have missed out. Bummer if I did!
