Polka dot Twisty Treat Bags are a fun way to give a little "I Love You" treat bag on Valentine's Day or anyday!

I made the tag with Whisper White cardstock, punched with the AAAAMAZING scalloped tag topper punch then embossed with the Arrows Texture Impressions Embossing Folder (pg 26 in the Occasions Catalog).  I decorated it with the i {heart} you die cut from the Label Card Thinlit set, and some sweet Real Red wavy paper from the Fresh Prints paper stack.

The blue twine is from the FREE Sale a Bration Sweet Sorbet accessory pack.
