I love watercolor paper... I love blending Stampin' Up! markers and ink with Aqua Painters on the Stampin' Up! Watercolor Paper! I am really really bad at freehand drawing, but I love to "color in the lines", so stamping and then coloring in is perfect for me.
I stamped the Blessed Easter tulip stamp image on watercolor paper with the Black StazOn ink pad and then added some color with a Real Red Stampin' Write marker and a Pear Pizzazz Stampin' Write marker, then "blended" over them with a wet Aqua Painter. I cut the watecolor paper out in a 2" strip and punched the top with the Scalloped Tag Topper punch.
The card base is one of the beautiful printed designs in the Watercolor Wonder Note Card package, and I stamped the swirls on it with the Creative Elements stamp set using Pear Pizzazz ink.
The Blessed Easter stamp has an Easter greeting, but I stamped Thanks so Much on my card instead, since I needed lots of Customer Thank You Cards. Thanks so Much comes from The Simply Sketched hostess set on pg 205 of the Stampin' Up! catalog.
