Occasions Catalog 3x3 Sampler Frame
February 04, 2016
Please enjoy my Spring Heart & Flower Framed Collage!!
This fun project was a "swap" I did with my Luv 2 Stamp Group - about a dozen of us each made 9 "squares" measuring 3"x3" and everyone sent them to me. I "swapped" them and sent each person back 9 squares. Kind of fun, because everyone got 9 different squares! :)
I created a fun spring home decor collage frame with my squares!
Our Instructions for the swap: All squares needed to use either a heart/Valentine or flower theme from the 2016 Stampin' Up! Occasions catalog. Each square needed to measure 3x3 and needed to be on Blushing Bride cardstock. This ensures that they all look great in a collage.
I used a 12"x 12" white frame from a craft store, and I tried out my framed collage sampler on 3 different backgrounds.. all of the paper backgrounds are from the Birthday Bouquet designer paper pack.. which one do you like best?

Love these samplers! I think the bottom one is yours. At least, that's my favorite. I like it because the squares stand out more on that background. Thanks for sharing!

I like the last one the best. I think it is the one you did also. They are all very pretty.

I love each one of the collages. I tried to choose my favorite but each one is fabulous. On each one I notice the first square on the last row in the left. That is my favorite square.

I LOVE IT!!! The top paper is the one I like best. I am a green lover but the top DSP makes you look at the squares not the paper. I already know which is your square so I won't tell but they are ALL fabulous!! Great job ladies!

I like the top paper the best and I think the middle square, bottom row is yours.
This collage is gorgeous and what a FUN idea for a swap!!!

Your square is the bottom row on left side. I like the green background. It makes everything pop. What a Fun idea for a swap!

I like the third paper the best; it really lets the squares shine rather than competing with them. I'm not sure which square is yours, except that I know it is not the friend square in the upper right as I saw that on Cindee's blog!

I like the green paper. I was thinking the sideways heart was yours with the 3 flowers. I want to copy this whole project. It's beautiful. What a great idea.

I like the Green with the heart going in the right direction. I really study all three and I felt the green made them all pop out at you. My second choice is no 3.

I like the middle one best, I think it makes all the 3x3 pop. I think the 3x3 in the middle is yours and think you chose the last one for your DSP mount.

I LOVE the Collages. I could never pick a favorite because they are all gorgeous. I just love the Birthday Bouquet DSP. I'm going to order some more pack before they go out. I think SU has the most gorgeous paper.

I like the green one, it makes cards pop and looks more like spring. I would say yours is the flower top left. Or could even be bottom left.

The paper in the top photo is the one I like best, followed by the third photo and then the second. I would've guessed that yours has flowers! I like how Mary Jane used the heart diecut as her background!

I really love the green background. I think that one really pops. The others are OK but the green one caught mtty eye.
