HUGS DIY Gift Bags for my Luv 2 Stamp Group!

Today is our big Stampin' Up! event! I am bringing cute DIY Gift Bags to thank the demonstrators who have helped with our Luv 2 Stamp Group meeting. We are gathering with Gina Cardera's group at the Garre Winery in Livermore CA today! We are in for a fun time playing with new Stampin' Up! products, swapping, learning tips, having a yummy lunch, and meeting new friends!
These are some of the gifties for helpers and presenters that I'm bringing. I made some fun tags for their bags of goodies.. giving each person a HUG from me and several rolls of new ribbon! :)
I made the tag with the Lovely Words "hugs" thinlit die and the layering circles scallop framelit. You can WATCH THE VIDEO here to see how to create these hugs embellishments.
I die cut a circle from the Delightful Daisy designer paper and the Layering circle framelits to place behind the "hugs" die cut. I layered it onto a 2"x6" piece of cardstock that was embossed with the new RUFFLED embossing folder. I punched the end of the tag with the wonderful Banner Triple Punch, then attached them to the cello bags with new Stampin' Up! ribbon.
I know it's probably hard to see, but I embossed the tags with the new Ruffled embossing folder and they are really cool in person! See it on page 211 of your new Stampin' Up! catalog or HERE in my online store.
Each bag is tied up with new ribbon, either Flirty Flamingo or Peekaboo Peach striped ribbon or Peekaboo Peach Crinkled Seam Binding ribbon.
The tags are all cut with the Stampin' Trimmer in Peekaboo Peach, Flirty Flamingo and Calypso Coral cardstock
The "hugs" are all die cut with Flirty Flamingo cardsctock.

We also have fun door prizes or "Prize Patrol" as we like to call it at our events.. so I am bringing lots of new products in the new Gold striped bags for prize patrol! I stamped YAY! from the "Super Duper" stamp set in Pumpkin Pie ink on Peekaboo Peach cardstock (because isn't that what you'd say if you won prize patrol?) and punched it with the new Starburst punch, then layered with new gold mini sequin trim, silver trim ribbon and a silver metallic doily! I topped off the cute tags with stars from the Metallic Enamel Shapes package.

Morning Patty...... Very cute gifts.... I'm anxious to see your video of the embossing paste.i don't quite understand it. Have a GREAT fun filled day with friends.
