Heart Happiness and Stampin' Blends

Today's card is brought to you by the Petal Passion Suite and the Heart Happiness stamp set in the Stampin' UP! Occasions catalog! The floral heart stamp image makes my heart happy, so I think the stamp set it apply named!! :)

I stamped the floral heart image from Heart Happiness on Thick Whisper White cardstock, with Memento Black ink, then colored it with a couple shades of Stampin' Blends markers (Rich Razzleberry, Pink Pirouette, and Old Olive). Then I decided to color all the white area around the flowers and leaves with my light Smoky Slate Stampin' Blends. I die cut it with the Sweet & Sassy heart framelit before mounting it to my card.

The "love life" sentiment and flower are preprinted onto a Petal Passion Memories & More card. I just colored over the black print, then also die cut it with the Sweet & Sassy heart framelit before adding it to my card.

My card base is a Smoky Slate folded card, and I layered a 4"x5-1/4" piece of Petal Passion designer paper onto the card base. I tied 2 layers of ribbon around the card: Whisper White Organza ribbon (pg 23 Occasions catalog) and Basic Gray Shimmery ribbon (pg 9 Sale-a-Bration catalog).
