Party Hat birthday card ideas

Hip Hip Hooray, it's a birthday celebration, with these festive Berry Burst party hat birthday cards! I took my color combo idea from the Tutti Frutti self adhesive sequins for these cards and created a pretty, and bright rainbow of birthday cards! Each card features a piece of Springtime Foils Sale-a-Bration paper in the background on a card base of folded Thick Whisper White cardstock.
You might remember my Chocolate, Vanilla & Strawberry birthday cake cards featuring the Celebrate You stamp set from Stampin' UP! (in this blog post)... those cards were created with the same stamp set. You'll find Celebrate You in the current 2017-2018 Annual Stampin' Up! catalog on pg 72.

Each card features bright, fun Stampin' Up! colors, and the party hats were each stamped in 2 colors, and I cut out the "pom pom" topper to add to the hat with Stampin' Dimensionals.
I also used a Stitched Shape Whisper White oval and scalloped oval die cut on each card, either behind the hat, or for the stamped greeting.
The card above has a piece of Lemon Lime Twist cardstock embossed with the Polka Dots basic embossing folder for a pop of fun!
Some of the cards feature the Berry Burst metallic edge ribbon and Tutti Frutti sequins.

Last week was my little brother's birthday, so Happy Birthday, Peter!! I can only call him "little" because he's 3 years younger... he's a LOT taller than I am.
He's also really awesome :)

Good morning Patty,
I had to get up early since I work today so I always look at your blog before I have to get ready.... I really love your cards. I love that you cut each one of your cards different and love how you color the DSP......I made yesterday a card making day ,,, YEAHHH, finally got some cards made....I have a good many cards made in my card making room but I LOVE making cards.
