Sailboat Note Cards featuring Lillypad Lake

Each of these 4x4 folded note cards features bright, vibrant colors bases around the fun combo of Mango Melody and Coastal Cabana. I tossed in some Real Red and some Pineapple Punch to zip it up! Check out ALL of the amazing Stampin' UP! colors HERE.

Crafting Tip!

When working with small images, it's easier to stamp and color them on a larger sheet of cardstock as I did above, and THEN die cut them with the framelit or punch them with the matching punch. I find it more difficult to color them if they are small and already die cut or punched out.

My step by step process:

stamp Lilypad Lake sailboat images with Memento Black ink onto Whisper White cardstock
color images with Stampin' Blends markers
die cut with Lakeside framelits
add a touch of Wink of Stella (use your Silicone craft mat under your die cuts!)
add sailboat images to cards

I stamped the wavy water image from Lilypad Lake in Coastal Cabana onto die cut Stitched Shape circles and then added the boats with snail adhesive. I stamped the sun image with Mango Melody and then sponged in a little color with my sponge dauber.
