Fun Halloween Card Idea featuring Stampin' UP! Farmhouse Christmas tree and fence, paired with the Cauldron framelits and Toil & Trouble designer paper, by Patty Bennett, www.PattyStamps.com

You may not think about the Farmhouse Christmas bundle as something to pull out when making a Halloween card, but I loved the fence and tree, and used them in my Toil & Trouble Halloween card!  I paired them with the Toil & Trouble designer paper and cut out the witch, cauldron and cat with my Cauldron Framelit dies!!  YES! they cut out the images on the Designer paper! yay!!

The Starry night background paper is also found in the Toil & Trouble Designer Paper pack.  I tore a piece of Lemon Lime Twist cardstock for the hills.

SO.. you know when you have that LIGHTBULB MOMENT ... yep, I had one!  I stamped the tree from the Farmhouse Christmas stamp set onto Wood  Textures paper and die cut it with the matching framelit! I thought it was pretty brilliant! :)

I needed gold stars for this project, so I colored my Twinkle Adhesive Backed sequins with my Dark Mango Melody Stampin' Blends marker!

It might be difficult to see but I sponged Champagne Shimmer Paint onto the green bubbles on the cauldron.  You could also use Wink of Stella!

Did you see the cute Bubble, Bubble, Toil & Trouble sentiment?  I stamped it onto a die cut from the Farmhouse Christmas Framelits, and then cut off the end that I didn't need. It already has those cute stitched lines on it!! yay!
