I made this card while stamping with Cindee and she showed me a really cool way to color these die cut snowflakes!!! She die cut them from the new white velvet sheets (available today!!), then we dipped them in little bowls filled with reinker, water and shimmer paint!! Each snowflake soaked up the color quickly and we even mixed some colors and tried to make some lighter and some darker.. so pretty!
Above: I added lots of colored die cut snowflakes to the card front, and then added one of the new snowflake embellishments to the largest snowflake for a focal point. We also put Silver Metallic pearls in the center of several snowflakes. They almost look blue.. they are so pretty!
The greeting is stamped in Gray Granite - from the Snow is Glistening stamp set.
