Here is how I used my Color Family Labels.  I put them on the 3x3 cardstock swatches that Stampin' Up! gave us at the CentreStage leaders dinner in April.

I even have copies of Architectural Record back to 1960!!  I have been using the photos in these magazines for color inspiration and have been putting them in my This and That Epic Day Journal!

Simply clip photos from any magazine or ad and snail them into your journal, then punch out the colors in Stampin' Up! Cardstock to add to your page!!

I took a photo of my Stampin' Up! Color Coach for the cover and then embellished with Chevron Ribbon and some In Color Embellishments.

 Of course the old magazines were in Black and White.. and I'd never cut those up anyway... but I always find it fun to look through them and look at the designs and ads!

My friend Cindee suggested that the weekly ads in the news paper from places like Target or department stores are also great sources of photo/color inspiration... what other sources will YOU USE to create your Color Inspiration Journal?
