It was a fun CUPCAKE kind of day!

Cupcake trio 2  We made Cupcakes.. STAMPIN' UP! STYLE at our last Luv 2 Stamp Group meeting!!!  It was so fun.. Cindee led us in this project and we made the cutest cupcakes in town!

Stampin’ Up! Supplies:

I first saw this idea for the ribbon cupcakes when I attended the Stampin' Up!  Founder's Circle 2010 trip and received one as a pillow gift.... toooooooooooooooooooooooo cute!!   Then I noticed them on a few blogs and Cindee agreed to teach us how to make them.  She got instructions from Becky Roberts.

The Stampin' Up! PERFECT SETTING DIE for the Big Shot, and the 2-1/2" circle punch make the perfect combo for this project.

Cindee demo'd under the overhead camera so we could watch on the Big Screen.. then I showed some of the project, too.

Ribbon I had sewn a running stitch on the sewing machine on all our striped ribbon and our vanilla satin ribbon, so that it would be easy for everyone to gather the ribbon.

Cindee showed us how to gather the ribbon into a circle for the cupcake top.
