I have 2 more beautiful cards for you - some pretty Fall Inspiration from the Founder's Circle swap I participated in in September!! These cards feature the amazing Vintage Leaves stamp set and matching Big Shot Framelits!
Card on the left by Jessica Taylor, and card on the right by Laura Milligan.
Stampin' UP! offers a 15% savings when you purchase the "bundle" (stamp set and matching dies). You can see it in my online store here!
The pretty card on the left had no name (sadness). Card on the right by Barb Mullikin
Barb's card features the adorable Thankful Forst Friends stamp set and the Woodlands embossing folder as the background!
I loved seeing the creative ways Stampin' UP! Demonstrators used the Leaflets Framelits in these beautiful handmade fall cards!!
I hope you enjoy these 2 great ideas.. using both the positive (cut out) and negative (empty space) of these leaf dies!
Card on left by Nancy Lewis, card on right by Susan Adams
The leaflet framelits and the Vintage Leaves stamp set are available separately or at a 15% discount as a bundle.. see ordering info at the bottom of this post for your best deal!
HOW TO: Create these leaves with the sponging technique I shared with you HERE in this blog post. Then splatter the leaves with gold reinker, or a bit of glue and gold glitter.
Use the "negative space".. how clever is this.. stamp the Happy Scenes fall image on your white cardstock, color it, then "frame it" with a Leaflet Framelit die cut! Stamp the background with the Hardwood stamp for a wonderful outdoorsy, fall look!
As you order these supplies below, please keep in mind:
The leaf stamp set and matching framelits are available separately or at a 15% discount in the bundle.
You can never say thank you too many times... Do you have enough "Thank You" cards on hand for this time of year when we want to be sure to remember to count our blessings?
I thought I'd share some beautiful ideas with you from the Founder's Circle Retreat I attended in September in St. George, UT. These cards are from the top 100 demonstrators in the US and top demos in Canada! Enjoy! I'll be sharing them over the next couple of days... enjoy!

I have been back for a week from the 2015 Stampin' UP! Founder's Circle Retreat, but my week was so busy and exciting celebrating my Million $$ milestone that I didn't get a chance to share more photos from the trip! So... here you go.. part 2!
It's a big like Where's Waldo, right? :) I'm in the next to the back row, to the right of middle. I hesitate to say this, but I look SHORT in the photo... (my husband will love that cuz he calls me short-stuff... I am NOT short.. I'm almost 5'-8") !! :)
Each year we take a big group photo on "PJ night", and this year we are wearing our fun matching T-Shirts that Tamra had made for us!! too fun!!
I love making new friends... I tried to meet as many of the 1st time Founder's Circle achievers as I could this year, and really had a great time getting to know Dawn!
So this is a funny story... as you may know, each night we are treated with some kind of gift, left on our hotel room bed, we call them Pillow Gifts. So one night, there was a cut little pouch on our bed and I was so excited. I opened it and thought they were watercolor brushes, thinking that we must be getting more watercoloring supplies in our next catalog!! I snapped a photo.. and then I realized.. oh geesh.. they are make up brushes!! I just laughed out loud in my hotel room! The great part is, I love nice make up brushes, so it's a lovely and much appreciated gift!
I've never been good at taking selfies because I didn't know how to hold my phone, but someone (who was it!?) helped me and showed me how to hold my phone.. so of course I had to practice taking some selfies!!
At the PJ night, which is an evening where we get comfy in our PJ's and have a business share time and then swap cards, Stampin' Up! gave us this amazing little booklet of tips that we had emailed to Stampin' UP! prior to the trip! how cool is this!?
I love all the tips and the cute presentation; I have been sharing a tip a day with my Luv 2 Stamp Group on our business training facebook group!
I love my Stampin' UP! friends!!!! :)
The highlight of each Founder's Circle trip is to go to Kanab, to tour the Stampin' Up! manufacturing facility! We love seeing the employees every year and seeing what's new and exciting at the facility! This year they spoiled us with several gifts while we were there.. one of them was this beautiful Winter Wishes stamp set. I asked several of the employees to sign mine as a keepsake! I love it!
After our visit to the Kanab facility, we always stop at the park in Kanab.. you can see on the ground that this is where they send lots of the excess rubber from our stamps! how fun is that!? and it's SO COMFY to walk on!!
Well... this trip will have very bittersweet memories.. it's the last Founder's Circle event. Stampin' UP! will no longer be recognizing this group or rewarding us with this amazing trip. I'm BLESSED to have been a part of this top 100 group of demonstrators for 8 years in a row but will miss this trip, my friends and visiting Kanab SO MUCH.
I have one more Founder's Circle post to share with you later this week. Thanks for reading!
You probably remember my recent trip to St. George, UT for the Stampin' Up! Founder's Circle trip... well, while I was there I was thrilled to be invited to stamp with Susan Adams and Janet Baker at Susan's home! It was so much fun! Here is a photo of us stamping up a storm! It was super fun to spend the day with several of my demonstrator friends!!
They had 4 super fabulous projects for us to make while we were there (click to see one of them) and today I'm sharing the 2nd project with you.. a darling pumpkin with a witches hat! The pumpkin is easily made with the Stampin' Up! Curvy Keepsake box die, and the hat is made up of only 3 different punches with Black Glimmer Paper!
After punching and die cutting the pieces shown above, you'll need to stamp your Pumpkin Pie Curvy Keepsake box pieces with a fun background stamp.. I used the Chalk Lines image shown above. Then stamp a face on your pumpkin - the one above is from the Sparkly Seasons set on pg 40 in the Holiday catalog.
The had it so simple yet just BEYOND adorable!! It uses the 2-1/2" circle punch, and the Tree punch (using the Black Glimmer Paper) and the Word Window punch punched in the center of the circle. It's decorated with a Bow Builder punch.
Just cut a slit in the center of the Spider Web Doily and it will slip right over the handles of the Curvy Keepsake box.. umm.. how CLEVER is that!? Thank you, Janet for an adorable project!
Are you going to make these for Halloween!? They are SO CUTE and really pretty easy!
Oh My Did we have fun tonight at our Swap Night!! We all hung out in our PJs and shared business tips and swapped our stamped projects!! TOO much fun!
Susan and I are ready to swap.. everyone had fun matching Tshirts and do you love my Pikachu Pokemon jammie pants? :)
Yesterday I shared my swap card with you .. and I wanted to share a few quick pix with you and just a few of my fave cards!! Enjoy!
Above: these 2 great swaps both feature the Hearth & Home window framelit die... LOVE it! It's on pg 11 of the Holiday catalog, or find it in my online store here #139666
(cards by Ang McKay & Cynthia Millan above, and by Glenda Travelstead below)
I wanted to post more for you tonight but the internet is being painfully SLOW.. so I will wrap it up here and hopefully have more to share tomorrow... I'm closing in on my million dollars in sales, and getting VERY excited.. thank you to everyone who has been ordering!!!! HUGS!
Watch the Video below for a BONUS: how to use the Curvy Corner Trio Punch!
Today I have a fun Video Tutorial for you - not only will you learn exactly how to make this cute Founder's Circle swap Kraft Bag Gift Card Holder step by step, but you'll also get to see the fun new Curvy Corner Trio Punch in action!! whohoo!
I am away at the Stampin' UP! Founder's Circle Retreat this week.. this is an incentive trip for the top 100 Demonstrators in the country and I am so blessed to be on this trip for the 8th year in a row!! Tomorrow night we are doing a swap.. each one of us brought 110 projects to swap with each other.. this is the project I brought! It's a Gift Card Holder made from a Kraft Stampin' Up! Bag!
This fun embellishment and the red card tucked inside the pocket are stamped with the new Oh, What Fun stamp set on pg 5 of the Stampin' UP! 2015 Holiday Catalog. In the video tomorrow, you'll see how I mounted a few stamps on each clear block to make the stamping go quicker!
The Snowflake Element embellishments are one of my favorite new items in the catalog. You'll find them on pg 23, and you get 24 of them in a pack.. great deal for $6.00!! I glued them on with some Multipurpose Liquid glue.. you'll see that in the video tomorrow, too.
Have you ever wondered what the Stampin' Up! Convention is like!?
I've been attending Convention since 1996, so I can tell you that there are thousands of amazing demonstrators having a blast, learning new stamping tips, seeing new products, swapping cards, making new friends, reuniting with and hugging life-long friends... well, it's a BLAST and I just got home from Salt Lake City after spending 5 days with my bestest stamping friends!!
I thought you might enjoy seeing the official Stampin' UP! Convention highlight video and a few of my photos! Enjoy!
I also wanted to share some other highlights of my own with you ... EVERYONE in attendance won a Prize Patrol gift and here are a few of our Luv 2 Stamp Group members and their prizes!
Did I mention that Convention is all about FRIENDS!? (well, ok, and lots of stamping!!!), but I LOVE attending so I can see my friends from all over the United States and Canada!! Below are my 2 very dearest "long timer" friends, Janice Weightman from IL and Jan Wakeland from PA! Love these ladies!!
I was SO excited to have 28 of our Luv 2 Stamp Group attend Convention this year... I don't think we were ever ALL together at once, but here is about 1/2 the group!
If you'd like to join us at a future event, you can read more about becoming a demonstrator and joining our Luv 2 Stamp Group here!
OH, and Convention isn't complete without an awesome roommate... my dear sweet friend Cindee was my roommate once again.. we have it all down to a routine and have the BEST time together! Thank you Cindee for being Awesome!
Have you ever dreamed of seeing thousands of stamping ideas all in one place? Well, Convention is the place to do that! Check out the awesomeness of these display boards!
One of the highlights of Convention is Awards Night with recognition of top achievers in Stampin' Up!. Many of you asked about the awards I received this year, and I was very blessed to once again be in the Founder's Circle group, which is the top 100 demonstrators in the country. This will be the last Founder's Circle group and trip, and my 8th year in this group!
I know it's a bit like Where's Waldo, but I'm on the left side about 2 rows up behind the lovely lady in the red dress. :) I placed 3rd in the category of upper level promotions, 5th in the category of annual personal sales of over $162,000, and I achieved my biggest goal of earning the Achiever's Bonus 5 times.
The reason I mention this particular achievement is that the year before I earned this bonus award 3 times, and I thought perhaps I could earn it 4 times this year. Part way through the year, I shared my goal with my friend Mary Fish, and she {gently} "challenged" me to earn it 5 times so we could walk the stage together! Well, I was very blessed to have amazing customers who supported me with their generous orders this year, and a wonderful Luv 2 Stamp Group who have had worked hard and promoted to higher titles, and together, those two things allowed me to earn this achievement 5 times! I am feeling so humbled and blessed and thankful to Mary for believing in me!! Mary and I were the only ones to achieve this bonus award 5 times.. we are pictured above with Sara Douglass, Shelli's daughter, and interim CEO of Stampin' UP!
Thank you to Mary for sharing these photos with me... I think you can see our excitement as we walk up on stage for our award recognition!
So a big thank you to everyone who visits my blog, watches my videos, places their orders with me, and joins my Luv 2 Stamp Group!! You are ALL amazing, I am thankful for each of you and feel so blessed to have had an amazing year!!
I have a WONDERFUL story for you all that I will share this week.. stay tuned.... lots more to come!
