So when your hubby comes home from work and tells you that his co workers requested handmade Valentines for their significant others and kids... (first, you feel kinda special,) then you whip up some Valentines for them. Here are a few I made featuring the Party Panda Sale-a-Bration stamp set and the fun heart pattern in the Sale-a-Bration Bubbles & Fizz paper. Both are free gift choices with your $50 order through March 31, 2018!
In addition to the Party Panda set, I also used the Sure Do Love You and the Heart Happiness sets from pgs 19 and 20 in the 2018 Occasions Stampin' UP! catalog. The Sweet & Sassy heart framelits are a must for quickly and easily die cutting lots of fun hearts for these cards!
I'll admit.. at first glance, back in November when I first got the Sale-a-Bration brochure, I was unsure if I'd use the Panda set... wow was I wrong! It's just adorable! And you can get it FREE with your $50 purchase in my online Stampin' UP! Store here! Read more about Sale-a-Bration here.
The heart pattern in the Bubbles & Fizz Sale-a-Bration paper (above) is adorable for Valentine's or for an anytime "I love you" card!!
Below: this one doesn't have a Panda, but does feature the Sale-a-Bration Tutti-Frutti cards (see more HERE), and the hearts from the amazing Heart Happiness stamp set.

Sending each of you love and hugs!! Thank you for joining me here daily at PattyStamps.com! I love sharing my handstamped creations with you! I love your comments, and enthusiasm and kind words for my creations as well!
This card could be a Valentine, could be a "thinking of you" card, an anniversary card, or just because I Love You card!! :) The Love & Hugs sentiment is found in the Ribbon of Courage stamp set, which I designed to be able to be used for many occasions, including cards like this!
Our Party Panda card today also features several die cut hearts (scroll down for list of all products) and also stamped the Party Panda (from Stampin' UP! Sale-a-Bration 2018), and then added layers of designer paper and some Washi Tape on these cards!
Did you notice on the 2 versions of this card, that I die cut scallops on one of the cards? I used the Seasonal Layers scallop edge die for that! I couldn't decide if I liked the scallop or not.. so I made one of each!
Both card designs feature heart patterned paper from the Bubbles & Fizz Sale-a-Bration designer paper pack, and Petal Passion designer paper (black and white). I also colored a Silver Enamel Shape heart with a Dark Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Blends for the glossy tiny red heart.
Stampin' UP! Color combo for my Party Panda heart cards:
I cut Thick Whisper White cardstock to 4-1/4" x 11, scored it in 1/2, then cut off about 1-1/2 " to make this offset side fold card base.
I used the Sweet & Sassy heart framelits for most of the hearts. The Calypso Coral striped heart was stamped with the Heart Happiness stamp set (pg 20 Occasions catalog), and die cut with the Lots to Love Box framelits (pg 19 Occasions catalog).
All other stamped hearts, including the little red hearts around the Panda are also found in the Heart Happiness set #145769!
Don't miss the perfect little treat boxes: Silver Mini Gable boxes NEW from Stampin' UP! on pg 13 of your 2018 Occasions catalog!!
These super cute mini gable boxes can be decorated with any colors, theme or embellishments (and for more than Valentine's day of course!), and filled with candies, treats, small note pad and pen, jewelry, crafting supplies, or of course, my favorite, a little stash of post-it notes :) The "fillable" area measures 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" x 4".
I have created some sweet little boxes all decorated with the Heart Happiness floral heart (colored with Stampin' Blends markers) and some Petal Passion designer paper wrapped around the box. I cut the Petal Passion paper to 1-3/4" wide x 12" long and it fits perfectly around the box.
For the Real Red heart box above, I also stamped the "Sure do love you" banner with Real Red ink from the "Sure do Love You" stamp set (pg 19 of the Occasions catalog) and die cut it with the banner framelit that is included in the Sure do Love You bundle. Each box also has Silver Foil die cut hearts. All of the hearts are die cut with the Sweet & Sassy heart framelits.
ABOVE: I think this box would be GORGEOUS for a wedding favor or bridal shower favor if the brides colors included peach. The box includes a Peekaboo Peach cardstock die cut heart behind the colored floral heart, and Peekaboo Peach crinkled seam binding ribbon.
I colored all of the floral hearts on these boxes with my Stampin' Blends markers after stamping the heart in Memento Black ink onto Thick Whisper White cardstock.
ABOVE: this box was decorated with a more dramatic color scheme of Rich Razzleberry, Fresh Fig, Pink Pirouette and Elegant Eggplant... I combined all 4 of those colors, plus the Old Olive in the leaves for this mini gable box!
BELOW: Real Red is always a great choice for Valentine's treats :)
Thank you for joining me today! Are you making Valentine Treats this year?

Valentine's Day can be special for many reasons. One of my favorite memories was exchanging Valentines with my classmates when I was a little girl, so of course I always made sure that our son Jason had special Valentines to exchange when he was in school. Now he's 25 and since I can no longer make Valentines for him to take to school, I decided to send in Valentine goodies to his office (he and my husband work at the same office). Click Here to see what I sent this year.
After I sent those goodie bags in to the office last week, my husband said the guys at the office would love to have handmade Valentine cards to give to their sweethearts, so, I made a batch and sent them in to the office. Eric and Jason were texting me throughout the day and letting me know that the guys loved them (and Nancy - office manager, too!). :)
Above: these are the Valentine cards I made and sent to the office. I used the Sending Love Paper Stack on all of the cards.. the cute red and white patterns are perfect for Valentine's day and beyond!! I also used the cute gray and white heart pattern from the A Little Foxy paper stack.
Each Valentine is embellished with either silver or gold - Sale a Bration metallic ribbon, enamel shapes, rhinestones, etc.
All of the cards also feature hearts die cut from the Stampin' Up! Sweet & Sassy heart framelit die set. The heart with the Happy Valentine's day greeting is punched with Whisper White cardstock and the Sweetheart punch. The greeting is from the January Paper Pumpkin kit.
The Valentine above features a "love" die cut from the Sunshine Wishes set of framelits. I used Clear Wink of Stella on the Real Red die cut to make it sparkle.
I incorporated the new (personal favorite!!) Lace Doilies from pg 51 of the Occasions catalog.. they are so fun - white on one side and vanilla on the other!!
I made the inside of each card fancy with the pretty heart edge framelit from the Love Notes framelit die set.
I was super excited to see that they enjoyed the cards and I hope their loved ones will too!
I posted the photo below late one night on my Instagram account and got some pretty funny feedback!! :) Do you follow me on Instagram?
Thank you for joining me today!! I hope your upcoming Valentine's day is a lovely one!!

Thank you for your kind comments about this Valentine card idea in my previous video (see it here), featuring the Window Box thinlit die as an accent piece! I wanted to share a few more details about this card today.
As you can see from the little heart piece I'm holding above, I used that part of the Window Box thinlit die set to die cut the border of the Whisper White cardstock and then layered it over Real Red to reveal the die cut heart border! I placed it in the center of the Whisper white strip first, and die cut it in the Big Shot, then moved it left, then right then to the edges. So 5 total die cuts.
You'll find this die set on page 43 of the 2017 Occasions catalog, or HERE in my online store.
Truly, isn't this the most versatile thinlit set you've seen in a long time!? wow!!! Not only can you make amazing boxes with this but you can use all the other pieces to create other intricate die cut images on other crafting projects!
This Valentine card idea starts with the folded Real Red cardbase, then 2 layers of red and white designer paper from the Sending Love paper stack. The white printed layer is scalloped with the Best Badge punch. If you don't know how to do that, check out this blog post.
I finished off this card with LOVE stamped in Real Red onto Whisper White and die cut with the Sweet & Sassy heart framelits and the Love Sparkles stamp set (pg 53 in the Occasions catalog). I added some silver metallic hearts and 2 layers of ribbon. The Red ribbon is from the Sending Love 2 pack in the Occasions catalog and the pretty silver and white ribbon is one of your FREE product choices in the Sale a Bration catalog (see it here).

You know how I treasure those fun stamping days with the amazing Cindee Wilkinson and I always love to see what she comes up :) ... so, last time we stamped together, she went above and beyond and created this project that just blew me away! Check out this great Valentine goodie bag she had prepared for us to make!!! It features several of the Sending Love Suite products from the 2017 Stampin' Up! Occasions catalog, pgs 14 and 15.
We made the bag with new Stampin' UP! Sending Love Glassine sheets and the Mini Treat Bag thinlit die.
Then we added 6 layers of FUN die cuts, doilies and embellishments plus ribbon and sequins!!
Stampin' UP! Sending Love (Occasions Catalog) Supplies we used:
Sealed with Love Stamp set, pg 15
Love Notes Framelits, pg 14
Sending Love paper stack, pg 15
Sending Love Glassine Sheets, pg 14
Sending Love embellishments, pg 15
Real Red, Whisper White and Pool Party cardstock and ink
Lace Doilies, pg 51
Gold Binder Clips (annual catalog) pg 177
Using the Sealed with Love bundle stamps and dies makes it easy to create tiny love notes and envelopes as shown on the bag front!!!
You'll also want to grab your Sponge Brayer and a Stampin' Sponge and some ink... because you'll be able to change the color on your Sending Love paper and the Lace Doilies!!!
ABOVE: Check out that AMAZING TIP! Just grab your Sponge Brayer and an ink pad and roll color right on to the red and white Sending Love paper to create a whole new look!!!
AMAZING!
BELOW: a closer look at the red and white patterns in the Sending Love paper stack, available HERE in my online store.
And here is amazing tip #2... color the new Lace Doilies ANY COLOR to coordinate with your theme, holiday or color palette!!! Be gentle, they ARE doilies afterall, but just sponge by dabbing color straight up and down to add layers of color.
If you enjoy my Stanpin' Tips, you may want to visit my Stamping and Crafting TIP PINTEREST BOARD here for 291 other crafty tips!
All of the fun elements like the die cut envelope and love note, the heart, doily, and banner were glued together then just clipped to the bag, so that the recipient can get their treat from the bag without destroying the pretty packaging.
After brayering color onto the red and white striped paper, we punched the banner end with the Banner Triple punch. We only needed 1/2 a doily, so those go twice as far!

It feels like we just had Christmas (ok, we DID!) and can you believe Valentine's Day is only ONE MONTH away!? Wow!
You still have time to order some fun new crafting supplies to make Valentine cards, goodie bags, tags or decorations!
I created these 2 Valentine cards using the Sealed with Love bundle and the Jar of Love bundle from Stampin' UP!. Bundles are always priced at a money-saving 10% discount, so don't miss that when shopping in my Stampin' UP! store!
The Sealed with Love bundle is new in the 2017 Occasions catalog, and you'll probably recognize the Jar bundle from the annual catalog.
The Sending Love Designer Series Paper Stack from Stampin' Up! is found on page 15 of the 2017 Occasions catalog. I know you will love this stack!! The red and white patterns will take you through the whole year for your crafting projects, not just Valentine's!
Above & Below: For this top fold Real Red Valentine card, I cut a piece of Sending Love paper at 4" x 5-1/2" to cover almost all of the front of the card. Then I used a strip about 3" x 6" to cut the heart border with the unique framelit die cut in the Love Notes Framelit set! See below for more info on this die and how it cuts these 3-d hearts.
I stamped some Real Red hearts from the Every Occasion stamp set (pg 110 Annual Stampin' Up! catalog) inside the Jar stamped image, then die cut the jar, and added more hearts from the Sealed with Love Bundle (pg 14 Occasions catalog) on Stampin' Dimensionals.
The stamps on the tag are all from the Sealed with Love stamp set, and the dies are from the Love Notes framelits (also sold as a bundle).
Below: This is how the fun heart border is die cut for these cards:
Below: I noticed this adorable little heart border in the Everyday Jars framelit set while I had it out, so I thought I'd die cut some Real Red hearts to add to the jars of hearts. :)
Valentine Card version #2:
Above and Below: for the 2nd card, I flipped the die cut and put it on the left side of the card, and did a polkadot theme with the Sending Love paper stack. I love polkadots!
The darling tiny envelope and "love note" are also from the Sealed with Love bundle!
Below: a close up of the Sending Love paper stack for your reference:

This LOVE card can be created for Valentine's Day, for an anniversary, a wedding or just for someone special!
I used the Falling Petals embossing folder for the background of this sweet card, and got my inspiration from page 50 of the 2017 Stampin' Up! Occasions catalog.
You can use this embossing folder background to look like falling petals, or like hearts rising from the bottom of the card. I elected to use it to look like hearts!
I embossed 4" x 5-1/4" panels of Soft Sky and Pool Party with the Falling Petals embossing folder and then mixed and matched and used Fast Fuse to adhere them to Soft Sky and Pool Party top folding cards. I liked the various monochromatic blue tones achieved by combining these 2 colors.
For the focal point on this card I combined several Stampin' Up! products. I layered these on top of the embossed piece:
a "flag" using the Sending Love Glassine sheets, pg 14, #142734 (end punched with Triple Banner punch)
on top of the flag: Lace Doily, pg 51, #142793
on top of the doily: die cut leaves with Crumb Cake cardstock & May Flowers framelits, pg 194 #140276
on top of the leaves: die cut heart with Soft Suede cardstock & Sunshine Wishes thinlits, pg 194, #141489
on top of the heart: "flag" using Very Vanilla cardstock, end punched with Triple Banner punch
on top of the flag: "love" die cut with Crumb Cake cardstock and Sunshine Wishes thinlits, pg 194, #141489
embellishments: as shown below, I used both the Falling in Love embellishments, pg 51 #142791, and the Sending Love embellishments, pg 15, #142735
Multipurpose glue #110755 was the best adhesive for most of these layers.
I am going to try this card in Red and White so that it looks a little more "Valentiney" (is that a word?).
What color combo would you use?

I do love you .. yes, I do! This was one of the cards I made for our son Jason for Valentine's day.. he and I both share a love for penguins, so I thought this would made him smile and it did!
I used the adorable Pyramid Pals Thinlit dies and the coordinating Playful Pals stamp set (these are on pgs 44/45 of the 2016 Occasions catalog). I dressed up my penguin with a scarf and top hat from the Snow Friends framelit dies (carried over from the Holiday catalog - see all the carry over bundles on pg 48 of the Occasions catalog - and see all products used for this card at the bottom of this post).
In the background of my Valentine card, you'll notice I embossed the Whisper White piece with the Happy Heart embossing folder, and layered part of a Project Life card onto the background as well. I also embellished it with a die cut heart from the Cups and Kettles framelit set! I layered it all onto a folded Real Red card.
Cindee created the cute animals below, and gave me the penguin, so I used it as inspiration for my card above!
This bundle will let you create great little 3-d boxes for classroom treats, party favors, co-worker gifties or decorations for parties!
Did you see all the fun animals you can make with this bundle (watch the video below)? Of course don't let your imagination be limited to just animals.. look at these cuties by Nicole!

I am always so excited to open my monthly Paper Pumpkin crafting kit from Stampin' Up!
Don't you love that day when it arrives in your mailbox!? Fun Mail!
When I opened my January kit and saw the hearts I was in love!! I didn't really need a banner because I just don't decorate our home for the seasons throughout the year (I was better at that when Jason was little!)... so, I decided to make cards out of the supplies in the kit, and I added my own cardstock and designer paper!
I made about 30 cards using the hearts and banners in the kit, and they were all different.. this gives you a taste of some of the fun combinations I came up with!
I used the hello stamp from the FREE Sale a Bration set you can select with your $50 order, but ONLY UNTIL FEB. 15, 2016!!! It's on pg 19 of your Sale a Bration brochure and it's just the cutest set ever!!
"You're Sweet" is from the Paper Pumpkin kit.
The large hearts and banners are from the January 2016 Paper Pumpkin kit:
I added the Watermelon Wonder and Mint Macaron cardstock cut to 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" and folded in 1/2, and Birthday Bouquet Designer paper cut to 4" x 5-1/4", and punched hearts from the scraps:
Once you have your cardstock cut and folded and your designer paper cut, use these tips below to assemble your fun heart cards!
I hope my Stampin' Up! customers love these cards when they get them in their mailbox!! I mailed 30 of them yesterday and have another batch to send soon!
I did all of the stamping with the new Basic Black Archival ink pad.. it's such a wonderful true rich black ink!
I love these fun patterns from the Birthday Bouquet paper pack.. I'm going to try some of the hearts on some of the It's My Party paper next!
Small pink heart above was punched from the Love Blossoms paper stack (pg 17, Occasions catalog).
I added a Mint Macaron enamel dot to each card too... did you spot that?
Alrighty.. so now that you know what cute cards you can make.. are you inspired!?

The amazing and gorgeous Stampin' Up! Bloomin' Heart Thinlit die is so pretty and so versatile! You can either cut it out and layer it onto your project (see THIS POST) or you can try the technique from my card above... die cut it but leave it in the piece of paper you put through the Big Shot and only push out the little inside detail pieces! (do that with your Big Shot Die Brush).
Find this Bloomin' Heart die on pg 16 in the new 2016 Occasions Catalog, and find the Big Shot Die Brush on page 19. You can also click on the photos of each product at the bottom of this post to see them online and purchase in my online store.
I think you could use this for a Valentine or an I Love You card.. maybe an anniversary or wedding.. just change out the Friend Greeting to something else!
Save 15% when you purchase both the Bloomin' Heart thinlit die and the Bloomin' Love stamp set! See it in my online store: CLICK HERE!
To embellish this pretty heart card, I used some accessories from the Love Blossoms Embellishment Kit #140551, on pg 17 of the 2016 Occasions Catalog. The pretty glimmery enamel dot flower centers and the pearls are from the kit.
More noteable design features of this card:
die cut the small flowers using printed vellum from the Botanicals vellum stack (FREE Sale a Bration item on pg 4 of the 2016 Sale a Bration brochure) using the small flower dies in the Bloomin' Heart Thinlit die set
use a piece of the Botanical Vellum as an overlay to your base card
Stamp the heart image from Bloomin' Love (pg 17 of the 2016 Occasions catalog) then punch it out with the Sweetheart punch!
banner image is stamped with the banner from Bloomin' Love and FRIEND from the Helping Me Grow set, then die cut using the banner die in the Large Numbers framelit die set
Fun In Color combo of Tip Top Taupe and Watermelon Wonder
