I also used the new Cherry Cobbler Core'dinations paper with the Fancy Fan embossing folder

After putting the Cherry Cobbler Core'dinations paper through the Big Shot with the Fancy Fan embossing folder, I sanded it with the Stampin' Sanding System and used the Core'dinations Dust Buddy.  All of these new products are found on pg 6 in the Holiday Catalog.

Let me show you HOW EASY IT IS!

Step 1, cut wheel at seam

Step 2, peel rubber off wheel

Step 3, peel all the way off wheel

Step 4: cut images apart, either with Rubber Scissors or kraft knife

Step 5: peel backing off of Clear Mount Cling Foam

Step 6: place rubber pieces on Clear Mount Cling Foam

Step 7: trim while on Clear Mount Cling foam

Step 8: peel backing and adhere to clear blocks!

MY FRIEND Thank You cards

 I always have fun when I challenge myself to use up extra pieces that I had cut for a swap or class and make a few new, different cards.  I used up these pieces from previous projects but incorporated this fabulous new stamp from the "MY FRIEND" set. (found on pg 139).

 

I decorated the inside with a Top Note die that was wheeled with the Fabulous Foliate wheel (pg 137) in Cherry Cobbler ink.

Lastly, the tag was stamped with my favorite greeting set, PERFECTLY PENNED, pg 154, and decorated with an Antique Brad (pg 198).

Take a Sip!

I'm sure nobody else does this.... but I bought this wheel when it first came out in the Stampin' Up! catalog and finally got around to making cards with it last weekend!!  aaaah!!

Did you catch this fun little thing I did with the tag?

I used a scrap of Natural Ivory cardstock, ran it through the Big Shot with the new Framed Tulips Embossing folder (item 121809, pg 28 occasions mini catalog), then use the Decorative label punch (item 120907, pg 30 occasions mini catalog) and just punched part of the punch.. fun shape.. right?  That gives it the flat sides and flat bottom.

I also punched it out using the whole punched image on the tags in the cards above.

Thoughtful Friend Builder Wheel

I was so excited when I learned this fun technique from Cindee (she's in my Luv 2 Stamp Group - whoohoo!!).. she wheeled a sheet of Whisper White cardstock using the new Builder Wheels and then punched out images from the sheet to use as focal points on cards.. too clever!

Builder Wheels and Customer Mailing

I am acutally sending out a customer mailing in the US MAIL .... wow!!  I usually communicate with my customers via my blog, email, phone and at workshops and classes... but I bit the bullet and bought 300 stamps and have been working on a mass mailing!! 

Isn't this the cutest!? I made return address labels to match my wheeled envelopes!!
